DHS Announces the release of Total Recall Software Version 8.9/4.9 - helping organizations run a more secure, performant operation

Thursday, August 4, 2021 – DHS Worldwide Software Solutions is proud to announce Total Recall SQL Version 8.9 / Envision Version 4.9. The new release contains scores of new features designed to help records and destruction management organizations run a more secure, performant operation. The summer release includes all new Cash Flow Acceleration features, including collections tools and AR functions. New security enhancements are contained in the Client Web Access portal based on new browser version updates. New commercial web offerings include new web alert options which better supports corporations and governmental agencies information governance policies. The new release also contains new features for Warehousing Automation, Chain of Custody Reinforcements and Optimized Route Planning.


New records sizing features are also available in the Android Envision mobile application supporting alternative methods for assigning storage codes to inventory. For customers with high scheduled order volumes per route, a new sequence option has been added which supports rapid sorting of jobs. The new version also provides increased chain of custody steps (i.e., offload and onload truck at customer) for drivers. New quick access work order function supports directing a driver to the correct work order by scanning a bin barcode.
