DHS Launches Total Recall Envision Version 5.6, Delivering Next-Generation Cash-Flow Acceleration and Operational Intelligence

Jacksonville, FL — February 17, 2026 – DHS Worldwide Software Solutions today announced the release of Total Recall Envision Version 5.6, a major advancement of its enterprise platform helping records management, secure destruction, and service-driven organizations operate smarter, accelerate cash flow, and gain real-time visibility into business performance. Built on more than 30 years of innovation, Version 5.6 introduces new automation and operational intelligence designed to help organizations move faster and operate with greater control.

At the center of the release is a fully modernized payment processing experience spanning every customer payment touchpoint within Total Recall. Version 5.6 introduces configurable global credit card surcharges* that can now be applied automatically and consistently wherever customers make payments — through the client web portal, onsite via driver mobile devices, secure invoice payment links, automated AutoBill processing, or payments taken directly by office staff. By standardizing payments across the platform with flexible surcharge control, organizations gain faster collections, greater consistency, and improved cash flow without additional administrative work.

The release also introduces automated payment receipt delivery, instantly sending professional confirmations whenever payments are processed. This enhancement reduces manual follow-up while creating a more seamless customer payment experience.

Version 5.6 also introduces the new My Insights experience, providing leadership teams with streamlined dashboards that present key performance data across accounts receivable, operations, sales activity, customer service, and quality control. With important metrics accessible in a single view, My Insights helps organizations monitor performance more easily and support informed decision-making.

Customer engagement and internal collaboration also advance with new Office 365 email integration for sales and customer service teams. Email correspondence is now visible within customer and prospect records, giving teams a complete communication history directly inside Total Recall. Sales teams gain clearer visibility into opportunities, customer service teams respond faster with full context, and organizations reduce time spent searching across disconnected inboxes — improving responsiveness while strengthening customer care.

Additional enhancements in Version 5.6 improve daily efficiency across the platform, including pricing range discounts, improved recurring billing visibility, enhanced API integrations, expanded reporting metrics, additional driver log capabilities, and faster data entry through improved sticky field functionality. These updates reflect DHS Worldwide’s continued focus on refining workflows that drive real-world efficiency.

“Total Recall Envision 5.6 represents a major step forward for our industry,” said Chuck Sowers, President and CEO of DHS Worldwide. “We’re delivering a smarter, more connected platform that helps organizations accelerate cash flow, gain real-time insight, and operate with greater clarity and control.”
