The new team member joining DHS’ support team member comes with over 25 years of customer service experience. In addition, she comes with over 17 years of experience in the records and destruction management industry. The expansion of the customer service team helps us better support our customers.


DHS also upgraded to a more advanced operations platform. By running the latest technology DHS provide even stronger implementation support and faster turnarounds on feature development. The DHS Customer Service team also has new tools to better support it valued clients.
