Total Recall Version 8.6 delivers an all new way for Records and Shredding providers to interact with their customers. Featuring the In-Route Notify option, customers can receive instant notification when a driver is in route to their location. The notification includes the driver’s profile, picture, current location and expected time of arrival—ensuring a greater level of security and authentication.

Total Recall Version 8.6 also introduces many innovative features designed to streamline multi-stage customer project work. The new Work Order Workflow feature supports automating internal processes by automatically creating sequential work orders for each step of the project. This keeps each stage of the project well managed and helps drive the project from start to finish.

Other feature highlights of Version 8.6 include a new cross FBU work order search option, enhanced e-notification controls and new capabilities to bill individual work orders on demand.
