Thursday, January 11, 2021 – DHS Worldwide Software Solutions is proud to announce the release of Total Recall SQL Version 8.8 / Envision Version 4.8. The new release contains scores of new features designed to help records and destruction management organizations run a stronger, more efficient operation. The major themes of the early 2021 general release include Governance, Accessibility, Quality Control and Communication. The Client Web Access portal features several new innovations, including a Global Search feature to support even greater records accessibility. New web visibility options support help commercial record centers to embrace Digital Transformation. Several new features improve customer’s access to digital records including access history, access visuals, and streamlined download methods.
The new version also provides greater visibility and capabilities to warehouse staff and drivers. New audit capabilities have been added which are designed to speed up the process of inventory audits – saving time and steps to processes such as destruction picks. Featuring a new Invalid Scan Import Log, record center team members can easily see detailed processing information for every invalid scan. Using the latest in barcode scanning technology, drivers can now validate against expected values of extra material which also drive workflow of orders completed or in review status. For customers with multiple branches, a new “from email” address feature has been added to make it more convenient for organizations to communicate with their customers.
A new enforcement option has been added to the scanner which can require drivers to add a note to the order if any originally requested services were not performed while onsite. In addition, an all new in-route driver email notification provides customers with a picture of your driver, their profile, and the expected time of arrival. Also, the new version features all new customer facing event notifications designed to keep your customers informed of changes in the scheduled service dates.
The Advanced AR & Collections Module available in the Total Recall Envision Core has received several new enhancements. A new column is now available on the invoice grid displaying the customer’s balance. The payment QBE is now presenting additional information relating to payment date and application dates. The batch payment processing screen now supports additional historical logs and better visibility to posted payments and credit memos.
Additional invoicing reports are now available, including a customer statement that can be emailed during the collections process. The customer statement can be included in the invoice report emailed to the customer, streamlining the client AR follow-up process.
