Featuring over 45 new features and product enhancements, the latest release of Total Recall is specifically designed to help RIM operators improve productivity. For destruction service providers, the release offers a new streamlined interface designed to simplify daily operations. All new shortcut buttons and quick access menu options save time in accessing common day-to-day functions. Enhanced reporting features include rapid access to commonly used destruction reports with corresponding documentation available directly from the reporting form. A new MapQuest Routing Integration feature has been introduced into the ENVISION Dispatching Interface. The new feature set provides operators the ability to better optimize routes, helping to increase route density.


In addition to the release of TR 8.0, DHS recently unveiled the newest Total Recall High Speed Digital Imaging Software. As the only fully integrated commercial digital imaging application in the RIM industry, the release showcases all new automated billing options, optical character recognition (OCR) capabilities and enhanced quality control management features.
