November 5, 2018, Jacksonville, FL – DHS Worldwide Software Solutions, the global leader in records and destruction management software, held their 2018 International Total Recall Users Conference in Jacksonville, FL.
With this year’s conference theme, “Operational Best Practice Checkup”, conference attendees participated in a series of sessions designed to help maximize operational efficiencies. Areas of focus included best practices for managing customers, customer records and destruction bin inquiries, auditing methods, warehouse and driver scanning, billing, reporting and more. Participants also benefited from an interactive panel discussion from experienced Total Recall Users who shared their organizations best practices and ideas.

The annual conference also served as a platform for attendees to learn and explore the latest news and software developments. This year, DHS reviewed enhancements found within versions 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 of Total Recall. In addition, as DHS prepares to enter its 25th year in business, conference attendees also gained firsthand knowledge of the exciting developments and upcoming offerings for 2019.
